1. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and UAE Public Holidays).

  • Standard Delivery: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days across the UAE.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched from our Dubai warehouse.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of AED 30 will be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all residential and commercial areas within the United Arab Emirates. If you are looking for international shipping, please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.

4. Payment & Order Security

To ensure a secure shopping experience, we operate a 100% Digital Payment model. We accept:

  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay and Apple Pay.

  • Cards: Visa and Mastercard (Debit/Credit).

  • Installments: Tabby (Interest-free).

  • Please note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

5. Holiday Shipping

During busy periods or festive seasons (such as Eid, Ramadan, or National Day), processing and delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

6. Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address, villa/apartment number, and UAE mobile number are correct to avoid delays.

  • Inspection: Our bags are high-value items; we recommend inspecting the packaging upon arrival. If the parcel appears tampered with, please notify the courier and contact us immediately.
