1. INTRODUCTION

This document establishes the general terms and conditions that govern the use of this website (www.shnybee.com) and the purchase of products on it (the "Conditions"). By using this website or placing an order, you are bound by these Conditions and our Data Protection Policies.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT (VAT AT CHECKOUT)

  • Tax Exclusive Pricing: All prices for products displayed on Shnybee.com are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

  • Checkout Addition: A mandatory 5% VAT will be calculated and added to the order subtotal at the final checkout stage.

  • Final Amount: The total amount payable, including the 5% VAT and any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed for your review before you authorize payment.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & MIDDLE EAST SHIPPING

We offer delivery services within the United Arab Emirates and across the Middle East.

  • Customs & Duties: For orders delivered outside the UAE, the customer is the importer of record. Any local import duties, customs fees, or additional destination-country taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Shnybee at checkout.

  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.

5. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (3-DAY WINDOW)

  • Return Period: If you wish to return an item, you must initiate the request within 3 days of receipt of the order. Requests made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags attached.

  • Defective Goods: In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, these time limits do not restrict your rights if a product is found to be defective or not as described.

  • International Returns: For returns sent from outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any re-import duties incurred.

6. DELIVERY

  • Timelines: While we aim for rapid fulfillment (typically 1–3 days for UAE and 5–10 days for the Middle East), delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by customs clearance or courier delays.

  • Failed Delivery: If a shipment is returned because the customer refused to pay local customs or was unavailable, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The use of our website and the purchase contracts shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
